Offered for your boudoir pleasure is this stunning Flapper Era silk night dress that is unworn, and is almost 100 years old! This is one of the most beautiful 1920s nightgowns that we’ve ever seen, and it is featured in Desire Smith’s now available ‘Irresistible’ book on vintage lingerie. On page 18 in the book, the description of this gown can be read as follows…… ”A most precious 1920s silk nightgown! One of the most colourful nightgowns of the 1920s, it is a beautiful example of flapper era lingerie “art”! The skirt is a golden-peach charmeuse-satin, and the bodice, hip pocket and the shaped hem are green chiffon”.
