One of the prettiest two-piece pajama sets from the 1940s, this is a wide-legged beauty that has never been worn! This World War-2 era pajama has no maker’s label and has a faded size tag, but was obviously made with care using the best materials. The rayon satin fabric is the best of its kind, and it’s printed with large &small roses in full bloom. The neckline and opening edges are finished with a special binding material… as is the top edge of the patch pocket. Closure is by five “m-o-p” buttons, and the waist of the pant stretches from 28 to just over 40 inches. As in most “party” pajamas, the crotch is very deep…. 23-1/2 inches inseam measurement..

As worn by our 5’ – 11” size 33 ‘Gloria’ model, the pajama is a loose and very-comfortable fit throughout. This “Purty Party” pyjama is as ready to wear as it originally was, and is fit for a Star – YOU – the Leading Lady of your own Boudoir!
