This beautiful nightgown is one of the most glamorous that we’ve seen from the mid-1930s. It is in excellent condition – looking just as sweet and feminine as the day it was made! The gown presents beautifully in ways that are too numerous to describe. Ruffles, ribbons and bows are everywhere – top and bottom – and the middle is in one hourglass column of body-revealing glam! One of the pink ribbons encircles the lower calf, ending in a pretty bow in front. You can adjust this ribbon for more or less ruffles at the ankles!
The fabric is a thin silk charmeuse.... softer and more supple than any silk made today.
